The person behind BOB
I've worked inside big agencies, in-house marketing teams and fast-moving startups. I've built businesses from nothing, launched products, written the words, run the campaigns, and reported on what worked. I know the full job, not just the planning bit at the beginning.
Every role, I noticed the same thing. Small businesses doing exceptional work but looking like an afterthought. Bad logo, a website nobody had touched in four years, no clear story. Meanwhile competitors doing worse work were winning jobs because they looked more polished.
I started Be on Brand (BOB, for short) to fix that. Not for big companies with marketing departments. For small businesses that do the real work and deserve to be seen for it.
How we work
